keeping a tot busy all day...

keeping a 3 year old busy all day is getting tough...

he plays by himself mostly but some days

he looks at me for entertainment

which can be a challenge since i'm usually busy helping moo, 

working from home, cleaning or cooking in the kitchen

i try hard some days to just play...

{hard being the operative word - it's difficult to sit and play with there's so much to be done}

but sometimes,

we do fun stuff at home:

put together puzzles - amy said her little girl carlee is so into puzzles so i thought i'd see if connor would like them.

well, this turned into mom you do it, it's too hard

um, i know how to put puzzles together.

maybe we will try this one again in a few months. 

dinosaurs!  dinosaurs are ALWAYS keeping connor busy.

he has such an imagination and these things are EVERYWHERE around here.

In the tub, the car, my bed, his bed the crib...the list goes on!

practicing our circus act!  molly LOVES to wrestle and climb on everyone.

connor's not especially fond of it but it's fun every now and again.  

moon dough...is probably the worst thing ever invented!  i ended up vacuuming it all up.

he got it for christmas and boy am i glad it's gone!

it just flakes EVERYWHERE! 

and of course mixing drinks ALL day long is always fun.  

connor loves any flavor...he went through a carmel milk phase, but strawberry and chocolate are great too.
