The Vonks are in town!!! We are so excited to spend some time with Carlee, Carson and Amy. We can't get enough of them. Connor has had a blast with the twins and is getting used to sharing his toys and binkies (or having them taken from him by Carlee :). Swimming has been so much fun and all three of them love the water.

Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad!

Today my parents celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary! We just wanted to say congratulations on a wonderful marriage and a great family to show for it. Here's to 30 more!!

Coke or Pepsi?

It's so funny how interested in random things Connor has become. I can't have anything in my hands or near me on the table without this little guy grabing for it. He's so curious about everything now. And things like a an empty Coke box entertain him for a long time! And to think we've spent so much on all those fun toys!

Playground

Today we went for a walk to the playground in our neighborhood. Connor loves being outside so I thought we would try out the swing today. He LOVED it! He squealed and laughed the whole time. It was such a blast just seeing how happy he was. It also made him so tired, his morning nap was amazing!

Connor's favorite thing lately is shoulder rides from Daddy! He wiggles, giggles and rockes back and forth.

Peek-A-Boo!

Connor and I went to watch James golf in a tournament last weekend. The wind was blowing pretty hard so I put his umbrella down. This completely blocked his view of the world. I looked over and saw a little face peeking out of this little spot of the stroller. He was cracking us up looking out this little window.

Heart Check

Connor went to see his cardiologist yesterday for a check-up. He had an EKG and everything looks the same. Unfortunately he hasn't grown out of the Wolf Parkinson White yet, but you never know. The doctor feels comfortable with letting him grow out of his medication so no dosage increases for a while. His heart has been doing great and he hasn't had any SVT since he was born. He's such a great baby and has gotten so big. He weighs around 18.5 lbs now! He goes back in 4 months for another check!

Snack time!

Connor is getting so big...he recently got his second tooth and enjoys an afternoon snack of biter biscuits and a sippy cut of water. He's getting so good at the cup, he can actually drink out of it now. Half the time he gets a nice mouth full and then spits it out, but sometimes he gets it down. He still has a ways to go on the coordination thing but I'd say he's doing just fine.

Birthday party

We celebrated James' birthday a little early this year...it's going to be a pretty busy next couple of weeks so we decided to throw something together. We had such a fun time. It was actually Loa's birthday and we are so glad her and Taylor made it down to celebrate with us. Connor did so good and had fun seeing everyone. He's recently discovered his tounge and enjoyed sticking it out for everyone. Thanks everyone for coming...it was a blast!

Skate park

Today we went to the opening of a skate park at Red Rock. We had a ton of fun and got to watch Ryan Sheckler skate! Connor of course hammed it up for the cameras to show off his super cool "Born to skate" t-shirt. It was a long day but Connor loved the grass and even showed off his shades again. It's been so busy for us lately this boy is so used to going and going. He is such a good boy on outings (and at home of course).
